Needle Cages

HRB manufacture a wide range of single row and double row type needle cages.

Cages manufactured from steel bars/ tube, offer accurate geometrical control, excellent rigidity and greater strength in addition to better roller retention and guidance.

These needle cages find application in a wide range of new generation high speed motorcycles, scooter, and mopeds for use in the connecting rod, big and small ends and gear box.
The cages can also be supplied with a special surface treament as Under:

• Copper Plated (Suffix C)
• Silver Plated (Suffix S)
• Blackiodised

The supplies are made as per customer requirement in specific needle diagrading (Within 2 micron Group).
